Tim Moriarity
L. Ac, MSTOM, Dipl. OM
Tim obtained his Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM) from the prestigious American College of Traditional Medicine in San Francisco, one of the oldest and most renowned schools in the nation. Previous to this, he studied pre-engineering and psychology at Purdue University and Grossmont College. The culmination of conventional training and in-depth studies of ancient medicinal sensibilities has created a three-dimensional approach to the human body that Tim embraces today.
While seeking his Master’s degree in San Francisco, Tim was embedded in several community projects related to health care in the area. His experience includes a three semester internship in a community clinic, working personally with patients with cancer and AIDs, as well as people with generalized health conditions, including those struggling with addiction issues. During his schooling he also worked in a rehabilitation setting with stroke and trauma victims, at CPMC (California Pacific Medical Center), and a tenure-ship at the Jewish Home for the Aged, a hospice facility. Tim also worked closely for six months with Dr. Lifang Liang, a prolifically published and well known fertility specialist, in downtown San Francisco.
Tim is looking forward to bringing his diverse training and his deep care for improving the state of health of others, back to Indiana. Tim is excited to be returning to his home town of Indianapolis, and sharing this beautiful and powerful medicine with his neighbors.
